whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
Combine butter, brown sugar & cocoa.
Stir in the zucchini & the egg.
Gradually mix in the flour.
Spread batter into an greased 11x7 baking pan. If you don't have one that size you could do a 13x9 but the brownies would be flatter or in a square pan for thicker brownies.
Bake at 350' for 25 minutes.
