If you want a change from your usual Chocolate Pudding Pie made from Jello, this is such a wonderful change. It is nice and creamy and so easy to make.

Ingredients

1,1/4 c
graham crackers or buy store bought
2 Tbsp
sugar
7 Tbsp
melted butter or margarine
2 c
milk
1, 8 oz
package cream cheese, softened
2, 4 oz
boxes of jello white chocolate pudding mix (instant)
1, 8 oz
container of cool whip, thawed

Directions Step-By-Step

To Prepare the Crust:
Add the sugar to the cracker crumbs and mix. Pour in the melted butter and combine until moistened. Pat into a pie plate and set aside.

To Prepare the Pie filling:
Mix cream cheese with 1 cup milk until well blended. You do this on low speed on your mixer. Add the rest of the milk and pudding mix and continue to blend on low speed. Once mixture is smooth, gently fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into the prepared crust and refrigerte for 4 hours before serving.

Topping:
Top with shaved white chocolate or white chocolate chips and drizzle with a chocolate sauce.
