Ingredients For white chocolate-cranberry bars

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 2/3 c
    butter
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1-1/2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 c
    white chocolate chips

How To Make white chocolate-cranberry bars

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine flour, nutmeg, baking powder and baking soda.

    In saucepan combine, butter and brown sugar. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until mix is melted. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Stir in vanilla. Add flour mix. Stir until combined. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle w/ fresh cranberries. Bake 40 mins. Sprinkle w/ white chocolate chips. Cool. Cut into bars.
