Blue Ribbon Recipe

You will be requested to take this easy s'more no-bake dessert to all summer parties. The rich and creamy pudding is sweet and full of chocolate flavor. Stirring in graham cracker crumbs adds a touch of texture. We loved the mini marshmallows throughout the pudding, too. We guarantee you'll be wanting s'more after your first bite.

Ingredients For s'more pudding

  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 box
    instant chocolate pudding (5.9 oz)
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c
    marshmallows, mini

How To Make s'more pudding

  • Milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and pudding mix in a measuring cup.

    Mix enough cold milk with the sweetened condensed milk to equal 3 cups. Mix in vanilla. Gradually add pudding mix, stirring continually for 2 minutes; put in refrigerator.
  • Melted butter and crushed graham crackers in a saucepan.

    Melt butter in saucepan and add crushed graham crackers. Stir over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
  • Whipped cream folded with graham cracker crumbs and pudding.

    Beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until peaks form. Fold together with 1/2 cup of the browned graham cracker crumbs and cooled pudding mixture.
  • Folding mini marshmallows into the pudding mixture.

    Fold in the 2 cups of miniature marshmallows.
  • Pudding mixture poured into a baking dish and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.

    Pour into a 2-quart serving dish. Reserve 1 Tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs; sprinkle the remaining browned graham cracker crumbs over the pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
  • Remaining whipped cream spread on the pudding and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.

    Beat the remaining 1 cup of whipping cream and spread over the chilled mixture. Sprinkle the reserved 1 Tablespoon crumbs over the top to decorate. Serve immediately; refrigerate leftovers.
