I made these for fathers day...for the adults...

The other adults who didn't want this had pound cake with whipped cream and fresh blueberries...

You can make these with orange marmalade and Dekuyper orange liquor.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Oh yes, adult s'mores! If you don't happen to have a campsite handy, you can make these right on a gas range like we did in the Test Kitchen. (An oven may work, too!)

Ingredients

2 pkg
chocolate graham crackers (about 16 un-cracked)
8 Tbsp
raspberry preserves
8 tsp
chambord liquor (raspberry flavor liquor)
8
dark chocolate candy bars
48 large
marshmallows
nonstick foil

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Lay 8 graham crackers on a flat cutting board.
2
Mix the raspberry preserves with the Chambord.
3
Spread the raspberry mixture on 8 of the crackers
4
Get out your sticks and burn them marshmallows….about 3 per cracker.
5
Place one chocolate bar on each of the raspberry grahams, and top with the 3 marshmallows.
6
Top with the other cracker.
7
Wrap the crackers with the foil “ non stick side inside “
8
Throw on a BBQ “ that the coals have cooled down a bit “ or on the side of a bond fire pit….use tongs “carefully” to remove them.
9
Open them carefully and enjoy!!!!!

Marcia, I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner, I am out of town for another week. I only jumped on for a second. In answer to your question, you can either toast the marshmallows on a stick and then place them on the crackers or go to the next step. I hope this answers your question.
Have a great tomorrow....

Is step #4 (getting sticks out and burning marshmallows) really necessary when step #8 says to put the assembled s'mores on the BBQ? Or was that said as a joke and I'm being too literal to realize it?

If there are any ladies out there who don't have tons of money but want to have a larger batch of this delicious recipe and want to keep the cost as in-expensive as it starts out being, Chamboard can be substituted for Reaspberry Liquor anytime needed difference is Chamboard is a bit lower in alcohol % and may therefore in turn have a bit more "bite" then the Chamboard does but, if you like a lot of s'mores give your car keys to a friend!!!
