It's sooo rich..but sooo good! I make this at Christmas alot and it doesnt last long.

Ingredients For rocky road

  • 2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can
    (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk1
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    miniature marshmellows
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped nuts ( i used pecans)

How To Make rocky road

    Line a 13x9 pan with foil and grease lighly, I used Pam cooking spray.
  • 2
    Microwave chocolate and milk, stir in vanilla. Fold in marshmellows.Pour into prepared pan. Refridgerate for a couple of hours. Lift from pan, peel off foil and cut into squares.
