This is a simple recipe that my daughter Noel, myself, Gavin and Evie made up one night... It's a twist on an old recipe....and it is so good that we have actually served these at gatherings... they are always a big hit!

This recipe takes peanut butter and jelly to a new level...

1 tortilla equals 10 - 12 pinwheels

1 large
flour tortilla
2 Tbsp
peanut butter (your choice)
1 Tbsp
strawberry jam (i used homemade)
15 small
candy rocks (candy coated chocolates so m & m's will do)


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Spread peanut butter on flour tortilla.

2Spread jam on top of peanut butter.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Sprinkle candy rocks (or M & M's will work) over the jam layer.

Step 4 Direction Photo

4Tightly but gently roll up the tortilla with the toppings on the inside. (Like you would a jelly roll).

5Cut across the rolled up tortilla about 1 inch wide slices to form little pinwheels.

6Put on a plate... and serve!
