These are good and have a protein serving if you use 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on them (optional.) The kids can help assemble and they microwave for fast snack.

1 oz chocolate bar

tiny marshmallows

Step-By-Step

1If desired, spread penut butter on rice cake. On a microwave safe plate top rice cake with chocolate, then marshmallows. Do not cover.

Microwave on 100% power for 18-20 seconds. Let stand for 30-60 seconds to cool to eating temperature.
