Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites

Ingredients

3/4 c
butter, melted
3/4 c
sugar
3/4 c
brown sugar, light
2 tsp
vanilla
2
eggs
3/4 c
all-purpose flour
1/2 c
cocoa, unsweetened
1/2 tsp
salt

mini reese's pb cups, unwrapped

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Spray mini-muffin pan with Pam.
3In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugars and vanilla.
4Beat in eggs one at a time.
5Gradually add flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.
6Fill each slot slightly more than 1/2 halfway, but not more than 2/3 full.
7Place a peanut butter cup in each slot, pressing down until it is almost level with the batter.
8Bake for 15-18 minutes until done. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing.
NOTE: be sure to remove from pan 5 minutes after coming out of the oven; otherwise they may stick.
