Ingredients For peanut butter chocolate granola bars

1/2 creduced fat creamy peanut butter

1/3 choney
-
1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspcanola oil

1 tsppure vanilla extract

3 1/2 coats, regular

1/2 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 tspsalt
-
1/3 cpeanut butter chips
-
1/3 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips
How To Make peanut butter chocolate granola bars

1In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, honey, egg, oil & vanilla until blended. Combine the oats, brown sugar & salt; add to the peanut butter mixture & mix well. Stir in chips. (Batter will be sticky.)

2Transfer to a 13" x 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 - 15 minutes or until set & edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
