Set aside 6 cookies and crush the rest. Sprinkle on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Prepare pudding as directed and pour evenly over crushed cookies.
Spread cool whip evenly over pudding.
Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top.
Ready to eat! Though it will hold together better if you put it in the refrigerater for an hour before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
