Possibly the best discovery I've made out of curiosity. Bonus: the entire PAN has just about 680 calories! So a giant piece won't undo your day :)

Ingredients

1 box
instant chocolate pudding - fat/sugar free
2 c
skim milk
1 dash(es)
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
sugar substitute
1 c
whole grain flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
3/4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Whisk together the pudding mix, cinnamon, and sugar substitute in a large bowl until thickened.
3Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add water until a cake-like batter forms. Add more water if needed.
4Spread evenly into a greased square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting/serving.
