Ingredients For mocha spice dessert (a light recipe)

  • 2 c
    cold skim milk
  • 1 pkg
    (4 serv. size) chocolate regular or sugar free instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 Tbsp
    caffeine free coffee (decaf)
  • 1 1/2 c
    lite or sugar free whipped topping , thawed
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick pieces for garnish, if desired

How To Make mocha spice dessert (a light recipe)

    Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and instant decaf coffee. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 to 2 minutes, or until well blended. Pour into 6 dessert glasses or serving bowl. Refrigerate, until ready to serve.

    Mix whipped topping and cinnamon, just before serving. Spread over pudding. Garnish with cinnamon stick pieces, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Nutrition: One serving 90 cal, 3g fat, 0 chol, 260 mg sod, 14g carb, 4g protein.
