1 pkg(4 serv. size) chocolate regular or sugar free instant pudding and pie filling

1 Tbspcaffeine free coffee (decaf)

1 1/2 clite or sugar free whipped topping , thawed

1/4 tspground cinnamon

cinnamon stick pieces for garnish, if desired
How To Make mocha spice dessert (a light recipe)

1Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and instant decaf coffee. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 to 2 minutes, or until well blended. Pour into 6 dessert glasses or serving bowl. Refrigerate, until ready to serve.

2Mix whipped topping and cinnamon, just before serving. Spread over pudding. Garnish with cinnamon stick pieces, if desired. Makes 6 servings. Nutrition: One serving 90 cal, 3g fat, 0 chol, 260 mg sod, 14g carb, 4g protein.
