Ingredients
- CHOCOLATE ICE CUBES:
- 1 cup milk, whole
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- SERVE WITH:
- milk of choice
How To Make milk on the rocks - chocolate that is

Step 1In a medium saucepan, add milk, water, cocoa powder, sugar & extract & bring to a simmer, whisking until lumps are gone.

Step 2Remove from heat & chips & stir until chocolate melts. Cool 5 minutes & pour into ice cube trays & freeze until firm, 6 - 8 hours.

Step 3To serve, add 4 - 5 cubes into a tall glass & pour milk over & enjoy as the chocolate ice cubes melt.
