My niece gave me this recipe a couple of years ago....She made it one year for Christmas and I couldn't stop eating it...So I asked her for her recipe...So now I make this for the holidays to go along with my other goodies... When she told me what it was called I thought she was joking....In fact that is why I am putting her name in front of the recipe name...

Ingredients For jeanie's puppy chow

9 cchex mix (rice)

1 cchocolate chips

1/2 cpeanut butter

1/4 cbutter

1/4 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make jeanie's puppy chow

1Put Chex Mix in a large bowl Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.

2Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over Chex Mix and coat all using a wooden spoon, with the chocolate, peanut butter, butter, vanilla mixture.

3Put into a large zip lock bag with powdered sugar and shake well to coat.

4Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool. Place in air tight container, such as tin or plastic container...
