Ingredients For irish mocha coffee mix

  • 1 c
    instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 c
    powdered french vanilla coffee creamer
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ADD IN (IF GIVING AS A GIFT);
  • 1/2 c
    irish whiskey
  • 1/2 c
    bailey's irish cream liqueur
  • whipped cream

How To Make irish mocha coffee mix

    TO GIVE AS GIFT: Layer dry ingredients in a 3 C mason jar; seal with lid. Print recipe tag (see below).

    RECIPE TAG: Print recipe tag on cardstock. Reading: "Empty mix from jar into a large pot. Whisk in 4 C of water. Place pot over medium heat; cook, whisking occasionally, until smooth & hot, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in 1/2 C each Irish whiskey & Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur. Serve topped with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings. Enjoy!" Cut into shamrock. Punch hole at top center & tie to the jar with green narrow ribbon.
