This is a recipe that I found on Hungry Girl. The amounts aren't exact, but it's a very popular recipe among those trying to lose weight, but still wanting a bite of something sweet.
mini chocolate chips
cool whip free
1Stir together chocolate chips, mini marshamallows and tub of cool whip FREE.
2Break graham crackers in half making two squares. Place a large spoonful of the Cool Whip mixture on 1 square and top with other square, squishing slightly. Place in rectangle or square tupperware container and cover. Freeze.
3May be eaten straight from the freezer like an ice cream sandwich.
