Preheat oven to 325. In a medium bowl, whisk together unsweetened cocoa and sugar. Slowly pour in melted butter and whisk until well mixed. Add vanilla extract and 1 egg. Beat into mixture, then add the second egg and mix until batter comes to a shiny gloss.
Using a silicone spatula, scrape batter into a greased 13x9 ceramic dish and spread out evenly.
Using an electric mixer in a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for cheesecake mix until well combined. Spoon the mix in equal parts over the top of the brownie mix and smooth out evenly.
Using a butter knife, swirl the mixes together. Pop into the preheated 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Best when chilled. Enjoy!
