    instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp
    sugar free french vanilla powdered creamer
  • 1 tsp
    cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot water
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate soy milk (lactaid or silk)
  • 1/4 c
    sugar free raspberry syrup
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed ice or 8 - 12 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    cool whip free

    In a tall glass, combine coffee, creamer, cocoa & sugar. Add hot water & stir to dissolve.

    Transfer mixture to blender. Add milk, syrup & ice; blend on high until smooth. Pour into glass & top with cool whip.
