With their creamy smooth texture and peanut butter flavor, these cups are addictive! Graham cracker crumbs make up the simple crust. They freeze will in muffin cups for cute individual servings.

Ingredients For frosty peanut butter cups

  • 1 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    milk, cold
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 - 3.4 oz box
    vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 c
    cool whip, thawed (regular if using van pudding & chocolate if using choc pudding)

How To Make frosty peanut butter cups

    In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs & butter. Press about 1 Tbsp each into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

    In a large bowl, whisk milk & peanut butter until blended. Whisk in pudding mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into cups. Freeze until firm. Remove liners & let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
