What could be better than an eclair-like crust, rich, creamy vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate fudge? Everyone loves this yummy dessert! I found this in my husband's family cookbook and it's definitely a keeper! Love it!

Ingredients

1 c
water
1/2 c
butter
1 c
all purpose flour
4
eggs
2 (3.4 oz) pkg
instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz
whipped topping, thawed
12 oz
chocolate fudge topping

Step-By-Step

1Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour, mix well, and cool slightly.
2Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
3Press into greased 10 x 14 pan and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden with a crater-like surface. Remove from oven and cool.
4To make filling, mix the pudding, milk, vanilla, and cream cheese in blender. Pour into cooled crust and chill.
5Before serving, spread with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate fudge topping.
