My neighbor taught me how to make this. She has been making it for years and people are always asking her for it. I have butterscotch chips down as the ingredient but any kind of chips work, chocolate melt faster.
1Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
2Cook on high for one minute
3Stir cook for 15 seconds stir repeat until it thickens careful not to let it boil or it will taste scorched.
4spread into 8 in square pan place in the fridge for at least an hour over night works best. A slightly damp spatula works best to spread.
5Cut to serve, store in fridge.
