Eamon & Rae's Oatmeal Applesauce Muffins

Rachel Rogers

I was baking with my nephew (bff's son) and we modified an existing recipe for these and came up with an even yummier version. I have been baking them once a month since.

As a side note, I have experimented with differing amounts of each flour, and half wheat and half white seems to be the best tasting, best consistancy combination. Also, regular chocolate chips can be substituted for the white; we prefer the white.
