1In a medium tall sided sauce pan place water and cocoa powder over med heat and stir to fully incorporate the coca powder into the water.
2Once water and coca are mixed add in sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
3WATCHING VERY VERY CLOSELY let mixture come to a boil and then turn heat down to maintain a rapid simmer. WATCH OUT FOR BOIL OVER. Let cook for 10 mins stirring often.
4After 10 mins remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Now for the really hard part. Let cool to room temp and then place in a bottle (I use an old chocolate syrup bottle)and store in fridge.
