Ingredients For chocolate puddle pudding

  • 3 oz
    white flour
  • 1.5 c
    shortening
  • 3 oz
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp
    water or plain soy milk
  • 2 oz
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 pt
    water

How To Make chocolate puddle pudding

    Mix flour and cocoa together.
  • 2
    Cut in shortening and mix with sugar.
  • 3
    Stir in water or milk until you have a moist cake.
  • 4
    Place in a greased ovenproof dish.
  • 5
    Put all remaining ingredients into a pot and stir until the cocoa and sugar is dissolved.

    Bring to a boil.

    Pour boiling sauce over the cake put straight into a 355 oven for 35 minutes.

    Remove from oven, sprinkle with white sugar and serve immediately.
