Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients

1 c	butter (2 sticks)
2 c	sugar
1/3 c	cocoa powder
4	eggs
1 1/2 c	flour
1 tsp	salt
2 tsp	vanilla extract
10 oz	miniature marshmallows
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1/2 c	butter, softened
1/4 c	milk
1-1/2 tsp	vanilla extract
3 Tbsp	cocoa powder
2-3 c	powdered sugar

These goey brownies will certainly satisfy any chocolate craving!

Directions

Soften butter and blend in sugar and cocoa. Beat together and add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one. Add flour, salt and vanilla, mix well.

Spread on 10 x 15 x 1 inch greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 22-25 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread one package of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes until marshmallows are soft and puffy. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting

For the frosting, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth. Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desiredd consistency and spread on top of bars.

Made this on friday for a work place meeting and it was such a hit that they even fought over the left over piece and how to slice it up so each could take a bit home. I used raspberry and vanilla marshmallows so it had a pink and white patchwork between the chocolate frosting and brownie and the flavours were wonderful. Thank you for posting!!!
