Ingredients For light chocolate malt desserts

1/2 cmalted milk powder

1/4 csugar
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder

2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2 tspespresso powder, instant

2 cmilk, skim
-
2 ozsemi-sweet baking chocolate, finely chopped

1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
3/4 ccool whip, light
-
6malted milk balls, chopped
-
6maraschino cherries
How To Make light chocolate malt desserts

1In a small saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; cook 1 - 2 minutes longer or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate & vanilla until smooth.

2Transfer to six dessert dishes, about 1/3 C in each. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

3Garnish each serving with 2 Tbsp cool whip, 1/2 tsp chopped malted milk balls & a cherry.
