Ingredients For chocolate fudge

  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2 2/3 c
    icing sugar or powdered sugar

How To Make chocolate fudge

  • 1
    Boil all ingredients except the icing sugar (powdered sugar) for 8-10 mins.

    When boiled, add icing sugar and mix. Pour into greased 8" pan.

    Chill for several hours before cutting.
