- butter or margarine
- 1/2 c
- unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 c

- box powdered confectioners sugar - sifted
- 3 tsp
- 1 c
- nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans) - optional
1Bring to boil, butter, cocoa, milk. Watch carefully and stir constantly to avoid burning.
2Remove from heat. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts (if desired).
3Pour on warm cake. Cool cake before cutting.
