Chocolate Eclair Dessert
instant vanilla pudding (small box)
cool whip ( 8 to 12 oz. )
*smuckers chocolate magic shell
*smuckers caramel magic shell
* be sure and shake all the bottles of magic shell
1Mix the packs of vanilla pudding together with the milk. Then fold in the cool whip.
2In a 9X13 pan...
Place a layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan to cover.
3Then add a layer of pudding (I put a swirl of caramel on each layer of pudding)
4Repeat layer of graham crackers,
Repeat layer of pudding and caramel,
Ending with a layer of graham crackers.
5Then you put on the chocolate magic shell, will use both bottles. Add more caramel and swirl into the chocolate.
6Put in the fridge for 12 hrs.

I have to try this one-not sure about the carmel though never had that in a eclair,however would stick with the chocholate-is the carmel a binder. For I think this would be a big hit at my home.

Hi Helena, no the caramel is not a binder. It is just an option for you to add or not. If you are not a big caramel fan, by all means, skip it. It will be just as good without it.

This is one of my favorite desserts to make!! I have never used the carmel....and for the top my recipe calls for a container of milk chocoalate frosting...This cake is yummy!!!!
