Ingredients For chocolate eclair cake

2small boxes of vanilla pudding

3 cmilk

small container of coolwhip

1whole box of graham crackers
- ICING

1 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

3 Tbspbutter or margarine

3 Tbspmilk

2 tsplight corn syrup

2 Tbspcocoa
How To Make chocolate eclair cake

1Line buttered 9x13inch dish with graham crackers

2Prepare the pudding using the 3 cups of milk,when thick, fold in the whipped topping.

3pour some of the pudding on top of the graham crackers, then another layer of crackers, then pudding, and so on ending with graham crackers on top

4Mix ingredients together for the icing, Spread it over the top of the crackers. Refrigerate. This cake is better if made a day or so in advance.
