I got this recipe from my niece years ago. Really good, quick recipe & there is no cooking involved. Especially great when it is to hot to cook. I sprinkle chopped Almonds, Walnuts or Pecans on top to give it extra protein.
Combine pudding mix & milk, mixing well... Stir in coolwhip & beat 2 minutes on med speed...Place a whole layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 inch dish... Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over them...Repeat steps...Top with graham crackers... Spread chocolate frosting on top & refrigerate.... Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
