Ingredients

1 c
water
1/2 c
butter ( only butter )
1/4 tsp
salt
1 c
all purpose flour
3 Tbsp
baking cocoa ( i use nestles)
4
eggs
2 pkg
8.oz cream cheese, softened
1 c
sugar
2 c
heavy whipping cream, whipped
3 c
coarsely chopped fresh strawberries

Step-By-Step

1In a heavy saucepan over medium heat bring water,butter and salt to a boil. Add the flour and cocoa all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms.

2Remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat until smooth and shiny.

3Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto greaserd baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks. Immediately split puffs open; remove and dicard soft dough from inside. Cool completely.

4In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream (whipped already) and strawberries. Fill bottom halves of puffs; replace tops. Serve immediately.
