Chocolate Covered Apricot Coffee Creamer

sweetened condensed milk
dark chocolate (chips, slivers, chunks, etc)
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except the apricot brandy.
Cook on low-medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.
Then put heat to low and add apricot brandy.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Strain into a ceramic creamer. Serve immediately in hot coffee. Or refrigerate and add to either iced or hot coffee.
