DO-NOT WORK WITH CHOCOLATE AROUND WATER!!!
Chocolate can be melted in a double boiler or microwave.
Never microwave chocolate for a long period of time (35 seconds) is best,then stir after each 35 sec. intervals
When using a double boiler, bring water to a boil, WITH OUT CHOCOLATE in top boiler, remove from heat, add chocolate to top boiler or bowel. DONOT let water touch bottom of top boiler or bowel.
These are some if the instruments i use for chocolate dipping. Most of these things I bought in the childrens toy dishes. (they work)
Chocolate should be smooth and shiny.
IF chocolate get too hot, chocolate will lump together (RUIN)
Candies at the Holidays are the best. Start early and keep in a sealed container ( in a cool place) NOT REFRIGERATOR.
