1In mixer bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add shortening,salt,sugar,egg,cocoa and one cup of flour. Beat for 2 minutes. On medium speed blend in the remaining flour. Scrape sides, cover with a cloth and let raise for one hour. Stir down by beating 25 strokes. Turn dough onto floured cloth and roll out with rolling pin. Spread dough with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Roll into a log. Place log into a prepared cake pan. Let rise to double the size. Cook on 375 degrees for 25 minutes
2Let cool. Glaze or frost with your favorite topping. I prefer buttercream frosting!!!
