Place 8 oz chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds and stir. Then microwave at 15 second increments until completely melted.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients except 1 cup chocolate chips.
Then add chocolate and butter mixture to the flour mixture and mix until creamy. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and mix.
Pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
