Ingredients
| 2 1/4 c | all purpose flour |
| 2 c | sugar |
| 3/4 c | cocoa powder |
| 1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 1/2 c | milk |
| 1 c | vegetable oil |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 c | chocolate chips |
| 1 1/2 c | pecans chopped fine |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |

This is very easy to make and is really good .I love to make breads.And with the Chocolate butter its so good.
Directions
Set oven at 325,Butter and flour 2 loaf pans.In large bowll mix with mixer flour,sugar,cocoa,baking powder,and salt.Beat in milk ,oil,eggs and vanilla at med speed untill combined.Mix in with mixer Chocolate chips and pecans.Pour into pans bake for 1 hour 15 min.Until tooth pick come out clean.Let cool 10 min in pans.Remove bread from pan and cool completely.Serve with chocolate butter if desired.Makes 2 loafs of bread.CHOCOLATE BUTTER.... 1/2 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED 2 Tablespoons OF HOT FUDGE TOPPING.IN SMALL BOWL BEAT THE BUTTER AND FUDGE TO MED SPEED WITH MIXER UNTILL CREAMY .COVER AND REFRIGERATE ....lET SET AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 30 MIN BEFORE SERVING.
