Ingredients For chocolate biscuits to go with my chocolate gravy

1-1/2 cflour

2/3 csugar

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tspsalt

3/4 clight cream
How To Make chocolate biscuits to go with my chocolate gravy

1Heat ovento 425 degrees F. Measure out all ingredients. Then mix flour,sugar and baking powder, cocoa and salt in a bowl and mix throughly. Gradually add the cream, mixing with a spoon until mixture holds together. -
2Lightly knead the dough on a floured board for about one minute. Spread out with a rolling pin to about 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter ( any size) and place on alightly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, then cool.
