Ingredients For caramel s'more mallows

lollipop sticks
-
20marshmallows
-
14 ozcaramels, unwrapped

1 cmilk chocolate chips

1/3 cgraham crackers, crushed
How To Make caramel s'more mallows

1Coat wax paper sheet with cooking spray.

2Insert sticks into marshmallows.

3Melt caramel in a double boiler. WARNING: DON'T LET THE CARAMEL GET TOO HOT OR IT WILL MELT THE MARSHMALLOWS!!!!

4One at a time, dip marshmallows into caramel to cover completely. Spoon over, if needed. Place on wax paper to cool completely, about 30 minutes.

5Crush graham crackers.

6Melt chips in double boiler (same warning as caramel).

7One at a time, dip 2/3 of each marshmallow into chocolate; immediately dip into graham crackers. Return to wax paper; let stand until firm, another 30 minutes.
