This was a recipe that developed over time. My children began to feel like lab rats but now, to this day, it is the one dessert they request when they come to visit!

Ingredients For brownies made with love

2 ccane sugar

2 call purpose flour
-
1/3 ccocoa, unsweetened

1 tspbaking soda

1 cbutter or margarine

1 cwater
-
2eggs
-
1/2 cmilk
- TOPPING FOR BAKED BROWNIES(FROST WHEN HOT OUT OF OVEN)

1/4 cmilk

1/4 cbutter or margarine

1 ccane sugar

1/2 cchocolate chips
How To Make brownies made with love

1Bring butter and water to a boil and remove from heat.

2In decent sized mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.Add the water/butter mix to the dry, beating on medium speed, add the 1/2 c. milk, then the eggs, and mix till smooth.(may have a few very tiny lumps)

3pour into a greased and floured jellyroll pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

4While brownies are still hot, mix the first 3 items for the topping in a pan over medium heat, bring to boil.

5Remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate chips till smooth.

6Spread over hot brownies. :)
