This is my go to cookie recipe....I love brown sugar, and the way it makes things taste chewy!! Customers, Family, and Friends- love these!

Ingredients For brown sugar chocolate chip cookies

  • 3/4 c
    softened unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 1/4 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make brown sugar chocolate chip cookies

    In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda.. set aside. In a mixer, mix softened butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla mix till combined. Add flour mixture and mix till all incorporated...add chips. Bake at 350* 9-11 minutes...in my oven I bake them at 335 for 10 min or so.
