low fat milk (i use 2%)
With an electic mixer or hand held wand mixer, blend eggs, cocoa powder, Splenda, and vanilla
Make sure your water is at a rolling boil (that is what will cook the eggs) and while mixer is going in the chocolate mixture, add boiling water. Mix enough to blend.
Add the milk and a few miniature marshmellow if desired. Says searves 2, but, this is all mine...lol
