These cookies are delightful and even better the second day. The downside is that they only make about two dozen. Hope you will give them a try!

Ingredients For black walnut cranberry & white chocolate cookies

3/4 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 cfirmly packed brown sugar, light

1/4 csugar

1egg
-
1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cold fashioned oats

1/2 cwhite chocolate chips

1/2 cdried sweetened cranberries

1/2 cblack walnuts, chopped (do not substitute)
How To Make black walnut cranberry & white chocolate cookies

1350 degree oven. Whisk togeter flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine butter and both sugars and beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and black walnuts; stir well.

2Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes until golden brown; cool one minute on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack. ENJOY!!
