Black Forest S'mores

This is one of my simple recipes I came up with for the S'mores Bar that we had for our garden party. I am a big, big fan of Black Forest desserts so this was my first idea for a gourmet s'mores.
---- I still need to post my recipe for the brandied cherries I made this summer. They were pretty simple to make but decadent in taste and just perfect for the smores. Yumm

If you love Black Forest I know you'll enjoy these. The ladies who tried them at the party loved them.

chocolate graham crackers
marshmallows, chocolate or chocolate swirl
homemade brandied sour cherries or griottines (cherries in kirsch)
hershey, dark chocolate bar


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Roast your mallow and place melted mallow on your chocolate graham. Top with dark chocolate Hershey's letting it melt into the mallow.

Finally found the chocolate grahams at a grocery store. They are so fantastic with these S'mores. As I knew they would be.

2Now top with a spoonful of brandied sour cherries and a little of that brandied cherry juice too.
