squares, unsweetend chocolate
2 1/2 c
1 3/4 c
coarsly chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
light corn syrup
squares unsweetened chocolate
dash of salt
1Melt chocolate and butter together, over a pan of hot water.. set aside; Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together, slowly add melted chocolate, and beat until well blended.
2Sift flour and salt together, mix with nuts, and add this to the chocolate mixture last.
3Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan, Bake approx. 35 minutes at 350* or until a pick inserted comes out clean. (a little less time if you want really fudgey ones)
4Fudge Icing: mix together all the ingredients, cook slowly until all is melted. Bring to a boil rapidly, and stir for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, and beat until smooth and creamy.. Ice brownies, and may add a few chopped nuts on top for garnish.. Enjoy..
