- chocolate ships (sweet ones)
- 3 Tbsp
- light corn syrup
- 1/2 c
- 1 1/4 c
- vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar, divided
- 1 c
- walnuts, chopped
1Melt chocolate chips over water, then add corn syrup and rum.
2Combine vanilla wafers, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and nuts.
3Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
4Shape into 1 inch balls or smaller.
5Roll in reserved confectioners sugar.
