My husband LOVES fudge. I hate it. Even more, I hate making it. Last Christmas my mother-in-law made some for my husband. He loved it. When she told me she had gotten the recipe from an elderly woman at church who makes it for all their large functions AND that it is done completely in the microwave, well...I had to have the recipe. I figure if it's that easy the least I can do is make it occasionally for hubby. Right?! LOL With this recipe, I am out of excuses for not making it... And it's delicious! Enjoy!
