A candy bar inside a flour tortilla and deep-fried, then topped with caramel pecan sauce and drizzled with hot fudge sauce and a scoop of ice cream. This is to die for! Recipe from: Kitchen Chatter and Friends II.

  • 6 to 8
    mini-candy bars, like snicker's or milky way or payday or cadbury
  • 6 to 8
    small flour tortillas
  • vegetable or canola oil for frying
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • chopped pecans
  • hot fudge sauce
  • vanilla ice cream

How To Make turtle candy bar bundles

  • 1
    Place each candy bar in the center of a tortilla. Fold candy up inside like an envelope fold- burrito style; when all are folded place seam side down on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a large pan or fryer to 360^. Using tongs, place 1 or 2 bundles seam side down in the hot oil. Hold down a few seconds to seal. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towel then on wire rack ;Continue until all are fried. Heat caramel sauce in the micro- wave for 30 seconds and add the pecan pieces to the caramel sauce. Heat the fudge sauce for 30 seconds. Place bundles on each dessert plate and top with caramel pecan sauce. Drizzle hot fudge over top and then a scoop of ice creaIndulgeldge!!!
