Who does not like snickers?? Salty and sweet....mmmmm Recipe given to me by a friend.

Ingredients For snickersnack

  • 24
    graham crackers
  • 3/4 c
    land o lakes sweet cream butter
  • 3/4 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    salted peanuts

How To Make snickersnack

    Place graham crackers side by side in ungreased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.

    In heavy 2 qt. sauce pan combine butter and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally; until mixture comes to a boil.

    Boil 5 minutes. Stirring constantly

    Immediately pour over graham crackers; spread to coat.

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let chips stand 1 minute and spread.

    Sprinkle with peanuts into chocolate.

    Cool and break into pieces.
